Coming up in April 2018....Mission trip to Africa
Raquel will be joining Harvest International Ministry’s (HIM) 2018 Kenya Mission Trip from April 17 to April 30, 2018. The trip will be co-lead by Joel and Cindy Incorvaia and Mark Tubbs, HIM’s international apostolic leader. This will be Joel and Cindy’s 8th trip to Kenya and HIM has been ministering in Kenya for over twenty years, creating a network of over 2000 churches and ministries.
The trip will focus on training and empowering Kenyan pastors and leaders, ministering to men and women trapped in the sex trade industry, and visiting and ministering in local prisons, schools and orphanages. This is truly a trip in which the physically, spiritually and emotionally broken are healed and prisoners will be set free.
This will Raquel's third trip to Kenya. She will be ministering to spiritually hungry people of Kenya and see the power of God at work in signs and wonders as this country is transformed by the love of God.
We not only sponsor large pastors and leaders’ conferences but we also lead small teams to the bush to minister to smaller churches, orphanages, schools and prisons. Raquel will also have the opportunity to minister to sex workers (prostitutes) that are pawns in the ‘sex tourism’ industry near beach resorts frequented by Western tourists.
The cost of the trip is approximately $3600 which covers airline fare, transportation and all hotel and food costs while in Kenya.
